The Builders
Dave Hammer and Rick Lane are the essential principals of Hammer Homes. David is an inspirational example of perseverance through trials. He has nobly overcome the limiting factors of being a paraplegic by maintaining a steadfast faith through his physical affliction. The end result has been to create a vocation of stellar custom home building with an interactive and very personal experience. In regards to his cohort, Rick is second to none in his patience, master craftsmanship, hard work ethic and loyalty to the Hammer Homes Company. Rick offers a hands-on approach to all of the construction details and management of the subcontractors.
Between these two individuals, along with their team, they have achieved great success since their founding 8 years ago. Together, Dave and Rick bring over 35 years of home construction experience to their business. Throughout its existence, the company has grown leaps and bounds in resources, networking and innovative thinking. Specializing in custom homes from mid-range pricing to high-end luxury, the ever-present focus for Hammer Homes is to produce the best quality home product possible. The goal has always been the same -- to implement faith and wisdom in the building process, placing high importance on the desires and needs of families who will live in a Hammer Custom home.

Interior Design
Marcia McNeese, owner of Mountain Images Interiors of Colorado Springs, has worked with Hammer Homes for the past 7 years. Born and raised in Brazil, she was educated at the University of Brasilia and in the United States at the University of Albuquerque. Marcia has also lived in Europe and traveled extensively throughout the world. This unique background gives Marcia the vision to combine Old World influence into a Colorado Mountain Setting. |
