When many of our clients toured our custom homes and parade home, we heard the same comment over and over again: ”We wish you would build a smaller, more affordable home with the same quality and finishes as you have in your custom homes.”
Well, we listened. And now we have The Cottage Collection. A lovely, smaller home, starting in the low $300s (depending on location.) The cottages are built with many of the same luxuries, fine quality and craftsmanship that Hammer Homes is known for. Over the years, we've compiled a list of amenities folks were asking for.
