"We had spent the day looking at homes from other builders when we stumbled across Dave’s model. The quality of the house was apparent, but the floor plans did not work for us. Dave presented us with a new design and let us adjust the room layout to meet our needs. We picked the finishes a few days later and went home to Pennsylvania.
