Hammer Custom Homes has been building custom and semi-custom homes since 1993. As we became empty-nesters, we were inspired to design custom and semi-custom homes that would meet our needs and many of our client’s needs. Our FOREVER HOMES were born. Our quality custom-built homes have features that you will appreciate, such as main level living, wide doorways, zero-entry thresholds, when possible, and open floor plans. We are familiar with ADA homes, and most of our homes are 100% wheelchair accessible. Our semi-custom and custom homes are designed with functional spaces and layouts to meet your individual needs.

We use only quality materials and top-notch craftsmanship.  We have a selected list of subcontractors who do the quality work required.  We also use a comprehensive online communication schedule that minimizes mistakes and time lost while keeping everyone centered around selections, plans, material orders, and change orders.
